Individual Therapy 45 Minutes :: Price: $200 - $250

Individual therapy is a process through which people explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change in a safe, caring, and confidential environment.

Couples Counseling 45 Minutes :: Price: $200 - $250

Couples counseling helps two people involved in a romantic relationship gain insight into their relationship, resolve conflicts and improve relationship satisfaction.

Pre-Marital Counseling 45 Minutes :: Price: $200 - $250

Premarital counseling can help ensure that you and your partner have a strong, healthy relationship – giving you a better chance for a stable and satisfying marriage. 

Family Therapy 45 Minutes :: Price: $200 - $250

Family therapy focuses on solving problems and eliminating communication barriers that prevent a family from functioning in a healthy way.

Teletherapy 45 Minutes :: Price: $200 - $250

In today’s world, anything can be done remotely – even therapy! I follow Florida law standards for teletherapy. Sessions can be done via Skype, FaceTime, Zoom or Telephone anywhere in the world!

Supervision for Registered Interns 1 Hour :: Price: $80 - $100

Finding the right person for Supervision for Mental Health and Marriage and Family interns is important. Sessions focus on the best ways to achieve professional confidence in a warm and inviting environment.

I am also available to provide educational workshops throughout the community on a number of different topics including Self Esteem, Assertiveness, Family Conflicts/Relationships, Grief, Intimate Relationships, Parenting, Drugs (for adults and children), Depression (for adults and children) and Anger Management. If you are interested in having me speak to your group, please contact me to discuss.

I am not in-network with insurance providers. However, I would be happy to provide billing statements for reimbursement for PPO, HSA or other flexible healthcare benefits. This is not a guarantee that reimbursement will be given, however, this process seems to work well with clients who have flexible insurance benefits.
