My name is Dr. Galina Biberman and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Psychotherapist and Clinical Sexologist, currently practicing in North Miami Beach, FL. I am bilingual in both English and Russian. With over 17 years of experience in helping individuals, couples, adolescents, groups and families learn healthier ways to cope with life’s stresses and dilemmas, I have become known as “The Communication Whisperer.” Communication is truly the key to a successful relationship and a happy life. I am passionate about helping others find their ‘communication mojo’ and watching them improve their quality of life.

I am also trained in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) , used to reduce tension, promote a deeper mind-body connection, and manage symptoms of anxiety, depression or stress. EFT works especially well with people experiencing grief or suffering from any form of physical or emotional trauma.

Every person is unique and therefore my therapy style varies based on each individual. There is an endless amount of techniques that can be used during therapy – the types of techniques chosen all depend on how each client learns and processes information.
